My mini lop loves this, this heatwave has been hard for her. She uses it every time she’s in the hutch.

These have been an essential item for the health of my various rabbits, Guinea pigs, chinchillas and Degus over this rather hot summer (2022).They’re easy to clean and store and the animals very quickly learnt the benefits of them. Even the sustained attempts by my forever hangry Mini Lop, Butter, these appear to be very resistant to chewing and I’ve not any any issues with leakage etc.Very happy to have them and have over 10 of them.

I bought two of these - both of my rabbits were a bit suspicious of them for a few days but then my big fluffy bunny discovered what it was for and made the most of it in the recent hot weather. My other rabbit, however, would not sit on it but just chewed and chewed hers until she got down to the gel so I had to remove it.

Was really pleased with these. Very good quality. It's up to your bunny's whether they like them or not one of mine used it.

I was very disappointed to find that this was not a SnuggleSafe product. I have some I bought previously from another pet store which were fantastic for keeping bunnies cool so thought I would order a couple more as spares. When I got them I immediately was aware that these were not the real thing. They felt lighter and cheaper and rather than having gel inside, it is a thin liquid. On removing the SnuggleSafe label to prevent my bunny chewing it, I found another label underneath from another manufacturer. Its clear that this is not as advertised and I am actually quite annoyed that someone would have the cheek to do this. I cant send them back as I am unwell and am quite annoyed. I just wanted to warn others as this is clearly a fake pretending to be SnuggleSafe

Do NOT buy this product for a rabbit! My two bunnies managed to bite through the plastic casing within hours of getting it. This meant the liquid centre of the cooling mat oozed all over their hutch. The product states 'bite resistant but not bite proof' but clearly it is not bite resistant at all. I wouldn't recommend buying it for a rabbit unless it has no teeth. No idea about other animals.
