The product arrived with broken gear box. The desk did not work as is described. With the broken gears, the desk could not rise to standing height. This desk was purchased for a person with a medical condition that requires to work in a standing position, so it was very disappointing that the desk was inoperable.Requested a replacement gear box because did not want to return the desk. We liked the desk, except it needed a new box. We were told that was not available. The manufacturer should make such a thing available. It's inevitable something will happen to the gear box. The company should have that available to replace.Amazon Customer Service was very helpful in this case in which they provided the refund option a day after the return window had closed. If not for Amazon's Customer Service, this review would have received 1 star.

Having a hard time assembling, motor direction going in different directions. Missing parts and accessories. Do not recommend. Not sure if we will end returning the whole set because its not working its supposed to.

I was very excited about purchasing this desk due to the size and price. When I received the package and began to take the pieces out, I could not find the instructions on how to put it together. None of the pieces were labeled except for the tiny bags of screws but who knew where to put them. I decided I would come back to the account to return the item when I noticed a video showing how to put the desk together. I decided to use the video to put the desk together and had to pause it frame by frame to ensure I was putting the desk together properly. It is a good thing I am good at figuring things out otherwise I don't know how anyone would have done it correctly. Two hours later, I got the desk together and it would not rise. Then I realized that in the video, I did not understand a part of where the rods should enter to make the desk rise. This was frustrating and difficult to maneuver but once I got it placed correctly, the desk worked. My recommendation is to not purchase this desk if you are use to having instructions. Video instructions suck and take too much time. My suggestion to the company is to add the instructions to the package. This will only take a few pieces of paper front and back. This would save the customer so much time and ensure they assembly it correctly.

There were some missing screws on the package. I ordered online for replacement.The wood is much thinner than showed in the picture.But I finished building, it is working pretty well so far.Customer support is pretty good.

I love the fact this desk is L-Shaped and goes all the way down to 27.5 inches. I'm a super short gal and even finding the right chair has been a nightmare. But I will say that this desk is perfect! Also the realspace vallori white ergonomic chair is awesome for shorty's too especially if you have a a badonkadonk!

Had to go buy three bolts that were missing and then after getting it all together one of the legs doesn’t work. Was able to pull it up by hand and will just have to keep it one height because it’s way to much hassle to take it apart to send back.

The instructions are very inadequate! I've had to redo multiple parts due to putting parts in the wrong place. Also, there were missing parts and no contact info to get replacement parts. What should have taken an hour or two, took days because of frustration.

Arrived as expected, good quality, motor is a bit noisy.
