Box came with a hole in the box and the product sticking out
Didn’t really mind that the box was damaged when coming seeing the product sticking out of the box with scratches on it was disappointing.

A nice ergonometric office chair that is perfect for my back!
I ordered this office chair because I have back problems and wanted something that would help keep my back stable while sitting. This chair came in a box in sections that included seat portion, bottom base. and top with headrest as well as the bolts and Allen wrench to assemble with instructions that were pretty straightforward. Following the instructions I was able to assemble in 45 minutes. The chair is very comfortable and has a lever to put the seat back as well as to rise the leg rest. It also comes with a screen vented back which keeps you cool and comfortable all year round. Overall, a great office chair for my home!

Missing screws
It was missing screws and overall packing quality was very poor. Also looked like it stayed unpacked or in poor condition as there were some contamination in various spots too.

Lacks important adjustment features, uncomfortable for tall people
I ordered this Farini office chair to replace a faux leather office chair based on its described ergonomic features – unique backrest to fit the natural ergonomic curve; high back with adjustable lumbar support; adjustable headrest; breathable mesh fabric “giving you high resilience support.” Unfortunately, this is not the case and this Farini office chair is a complete disappointment for me.This office chair will not work for me since it the design is not for a person at or above 6 feet tall. The headrest placement is forward of the seatback and has minimal adjustment that does not provide enough vertical or horizontal movement to allow one to sit upright without the headrest hitting your shoulders and forcing you head forward. The only fix for me is to remove the headrest completely, which defeats one aspect of the chair’s ergonomics.Another big issue with this office chair is the lack of tension adjustment for reclining. Without the ability to adjust the spring tension for one’s body weight, one may lean back too much, possibly causing the chair to topple over and cause an injury or concussion. I personally set the reclining tension high due to my height and weight to ensure that I do not lean back too far.The foam seat cushion is too soft and, after sitting for some time, becomes uncomfortable. This Farini office chair is marketed as “the most comfortable home office desk chair” and “your best choice” which is not true. The armrests are hard and are also not adjustable for one’s body size and comfort. I like to lean back slightly in a more comfortable position when reviewing my work on a computer, such as reading a word document, and soft, comfortable armrests help to increase comfort; these armrests do not. This Farini design emphasizes the added footrest feature, which, for me, for an office chair is useless. I am in my office to do work and not to recline in a resting position. Besides, the footrest is cheaply made, with poorly made hollow tubes for support that have sharp edges and burrs that will surely cut you if not careful.I cannot recommend this home office chair due to its overall poor design and comfort.

extremely comfortable and exactly what I needed with the footrest
Overall, I like the chair. It’s as described. The headrest is comfortable for me. I like that the chair tilts back easily. The footrest is a nice bonus. It was fairly simple to assemble. It took about 20 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow.

Comfortable chair but frustrating assembly
The assembly instructions for this chair were frustratingly poor—missing steps, mismatched screws, and lots of spelling errors. Despite these issues, the chair itself is quite nice. The seat is firm but comfortable, with plenty of room and an adjustable headrest. The back reclines and locks into place, and the built-in footrest is a great feature. While the cushion could use some breaking in, it's overall a solid chair for the price. If you can handle the tricky assembly, it's a good choice for comfort and support.
