Seems really good
This is only a tiny 75ml bottle, but it smells really nice. I do use a fake tan once a fortnight, I gave this a try this afternoon as it's time for my tan. this is designed to use on elbows hands and heels. It has a pump so don't be tempted to use too much. I put a small amount on my elbows, between my finger and slightly over the hands and on the heels ad bit on the sides of insteps as these usually show fake tan lines. I made sure I worked it in before I used my fan tan, I always forget fingers and it usually streaks. I put my normal tan on (always with a mitt) and rubbed in as usual. It normally takes just under four hours to come through. It's nearly 7 hours now and my tan is good and I can't see any tell tale signs of streaks or patches on elbows, heel or hands, and the tan seems to be more even today. this smells really nice and it's a bit like putting on hand cream. So far I found this really good certainly no tell tale lines of fake tan. Be nice if it was in a bigger bottle though, saying that you don't use an awful lot. I think this is a good product, does what it says on the bottle.

For Elbows & Knees
This self-tan primer comes in a small 75ml plastic pump-action bottle and is easy to operate and dispenses small amounts. The cream is white and light, a bit like a hand lotion, and is intended for dry skin areas such as elbows, and knees. Before I want to apply a self-tan cream or mousse, I always use an exfoliating mitt in the shower or bath on elbows and edges of feet (my knees are not a problem.) I then used a small amount of this Sienna tan primer on my elbows, taking time to rub it in and letting the skin soak up the lotion, and also to the edges of my hands and feet – these being areas where you don't want a hard line of tan and non-tan skin. After applying my fake tan, waiting the number of tan forming hours and then washing it off, I had a perfect tan without dark areas on elbows as can often happen. This tan primer works well but I do think that the best thing is to exfoliate really well any dry areas. I have used normal body lotion in the past, just to moisturise elbows, knees and feet, and have had similar success.

A little goes a long way
I use this before I apply my fake tan. I squeeze a very small amount from the bottle and dab it on the dry areas of my knees and elbows - it really only takes a small amount. If you put too much on and rub it over the surrounding skin your tan won’t take there and you’ll end up with pale patches, so really less is more and apply it just where you need it. Apply it properly and you will avoid orange areas where your skin is dry!

Nice cream and smells gorgeous
The smells lovely and has a lovely serum like texture. I love the smell. Because the bottle is quite small I would only use this on areas that have the potential to stain darker than you would like when applying self tan.For me that's around the hairline, . Knees and elbows. It prepares the skin beautifully to receive the Tanning product and is particularly good if you have dry skin. It's lovely but I would like to see this come in a much bigger bottle.

Does what it says on the tin!
I used this on my legs (for cycling purposes!) with tanning stuff and it does seem to help prevent dark patches on dryer or thicker skin. easy to apply and works well.

Makes a nice even tan
I don't know if this makes a difference but I have had a lovely even tan while using it, so maybe it does!It smells nice and soaks in quick. I don't know if it's needed but it's a nice moisturizer so I'm happy to use it too.

This product was a very smooth product and nice to put on my skin. It has a thick cream that lays really nice on the skin. But felt that it really didn’t do anything to improve the tan process. But as a primer, it was really night product.

Did not mitigate fake tan concentration on my knees
This comment is for the secret tan primer. I didn't see any reduction in fake tan on my knees so I'm not sure whether worth using this. I think any body lotion would suffice but better to avoid using as much in those areas to begin with and save money both ways!
