The quality is good but it smells so bad I never use it. Tried washing it off didn't work. Going to get more of the smaller ones instead.

This band is ok but expensive at current prices, if it has 40% discount then you can consider. My band broke in middle while working out in just 6 months of regular usage and I had bought purple one for more resistance
