Sorted out and supported my sprained arm
This arm support worked well in fixing my badly sprained arm , the removal steel slide in splints helped alot , in adding a brace and support , and i was able to lift things with it on , without causing any discomfort.

They do what they're supposed to do.
Not only am I blessed with carpal tunnel, I also seem to have cubital tunnel syndrome as well...on both arms!Getting a good night sleep was impossible and it took over an hour for the sensation to return to normal in my arms. I've used these for 2 nights now and they've made a huge difference to my sleep. in both good and bad ways.As I need them on both arms, once I have one in place, its very difficult to put the other one on...plus I have my wrist splints on as well. They certainly prevent bending of the elbow and stop the cubital tunnel numbness, but my sleep is limited really to sleeping awkwardly on my sides or on my back which I dont find comfortable. I also need my light on to see what i'm doing when putting them on and then having to reach for the light switch and then get comfy in bed and pull my duvet over me is also tricky with these splints on. But they do stop the numbing of my hands. My sleep is disturbed but only due to comfort and not due to pain/numbing so they're good and annoying. I suspect I will adapt to having to wear them and will eventually find a good sleeping position...its still early days. But they do what they're supposed to and that's the important bit for me. They are soft and feel very well made. They also have 2 metal splints in which are both removable so you can figure out which way round you prefer to use them depending on whether they're for the left or right arm and take out the splint that isn't required.A good buy and definitely worth what i've paid for them.

Helped my numb hands
At night I’d wake up with numb fingers. I’d bend my arm under my head, trapping my ulnar nerve at the elbow. I tried sleeping with my arms straight but somehow my arms went back under my head. I decided to try the brace’s and after about 3 weeks the numbness is about 90% cured. I stopped wearing it and it seems to still be ok about 3 months later. I do still get a bit of numbness now and then, but I can sleep now and not wake up in the night with a numb hand. My only complaint is they came with no instructions. I initially it them on quite tightly, which was a mistake, I’d recommend keeping them quite loose. Make sure the 2 splints inside the brace are on the elbow and the inside bend, not on the sides. Highly recommend these if your suffering with ulnar nerve numbness in your hand. That’s the small pinky finger and the one next to it. Good luck!

A massive help with cubital tunnel
I suffer from cubital tunnel syndrome. Working in an office job, I almost constantly have my elbow bent due to typing all day. And despite attempting to go to sleep with my affected arm straight, I would wake up with my arm bent and in pain. I had started to take pain killers and some days were a struggle. I visited the doctor and before taking any further steps, he suggested buying an inexpensive elbow brace like this and wearing it at night. After only a few nights doing this I have noticed a massive difference. It gives my ulnar nerve space to recover and time when my arm isn't being used at all. I have woken up a couple of times during the night and been a bit uncomfortable, but I have gotten used to it. It's well worth the investment as I no longer have the tingling, numbness and pain in the pinky side of my hand. Definitely recommend to any cubital tunnel syndrome sufferers like me.

Uncomfortable but seems to be working.
I find this very uncomfortable to sleep in and can’t keep it on all night however it appears to be working my elbow pain has definitely improved. Will persevere and hope the comfort will also improve.

Perfect support
This was so ideal when I had a little accident and damaged one of the nerves down my arm I was told to keep the pressure off and not bend my arm if I could help it. It’s adjustable with rods to keep in place both inside and outside the elbow for comfortable support. Really helped ease the pain.
