I bike, run or lift, 5 or 6 days a week and have been for a lot of years. That has come with regular injuries. I have used BPC 157 injectable multiple times in the past and can attest that it is very effective, however it is not easy to get and is not legal for stupid reasons. I was well aware that BPC 157 will not survive the stomach and enter the blood stream, but figured maybe they have something with this (whatever they claim it is) would be different). I was unfortunate and had a small lateral muscle tear in my leg and my side deltoid in consecutive days. I started taking Proheal 2 weeks ago and took 3 capsules instead of 3. (I am 215 lbs). I have been injured enough to know how I heal. After a week I feel very little improvement at all. I would steer clear of this supplement.

Been taking a few days seems to be helping my muscles recover faster and my stomach has been free of indigestion. Easy to use and value for the money and quality.

Vicia Faba, aka the humble fava bean, is the basis for this supplement. Fava Bean protein peptides have a number of studies suggesting benefits to muscle repair, recovery, and growth. I have taken a couple other brands in addition to this one and have been satisfied enough with the results to continue adding them to my post-gym recovery regimen. I have had no stomach discontent from taking them. I'm also glad to see they are domestically made.Obviously it's quite an expensive supplement. In general, Fava Bean peptide based supplements are expensive, but this one is 30 to 40% more than some of the others on the market. I think it's promising, but you'll have to decide if it's worth the premium.

I was hoping this would really do something. The manufacturer is making an absorption claim about this product vs BPC157. If you research BPC157, you find some studies done against rats or beagles both having different absorption rates but you don't find studies against human absorption rate. So how do they have this scientific 123% absorption rate?I've personally injected BPC157 into my shoulder and I've seen the miracle like healing effect literally overnight. The recommended dose of this is 1 capsule with 1-2 capsules daily.I've multiple times now dosed with 2 capsules at a time per day and tried 1 capsule twice in a day and have felt zero effects and seen zero increase of recovery. For reference, I'm a 6'2" 54 y/o male, 205 lbs and eat a healthy diet with around 200 grams of protein daily. I've tried my best to optimize my health and recovery via nutrition. These pills haven't added anything and for the current price of $71 a bottle I think your money is better spent buying something else. Do not recommend these.

I'm training for some trail and road runs this summer. I also work out a few times per week. I do get sore sometimes! So this peptide compound supplement sounded interesting to me. I've been using it for about a week now and I do think it has helped keep soreness at bay for me. Yesterday I did a fast 10k run and today I feel good and have minimal soreness. I was expecting to be somewhat sore, but I'm not really! Anyway, it's not magic, but this does help. (Although it might reduce muscle soreness, it will increase wallet soreness. Yikes, it is expensive!)
