Texture is good and smell nice

Disappointed
Very disappointing.Smelt of chemicals, texture of single cream.Cheap but now I know why.

Decent hand cream, but hard to find
Excellent hand cream but hard to find as I don't think it is made

Lovely fragrance
I love Body Shop creams; the only reason I gave this a 4 star rather than a 5 star is that it doesn't moisturize my (very dry) hands to the same degree that Body Shop Hemp cream does. That said the fragrance is better.

Perfect product
I was put off buying this by other reviews saying it was old stock. Well , mine is perfect, so that is all I can say. It is an excellent moisturiser, at a great price.

Bad smell and looks cheap.
It's nothing like the one that shows on the website,can smell plastic smell when you open it. Can't even return it. Don't buy,looks cheap and waste my money. Don't sell this if it's not sealed and you don't accept return,be honest to customers.

It wasn’t thick enough.
I was disappointed with the body cream as it was so runny l had trouble trying to apply it to my skin . I buy The Body Shop products regularly but won’t be buying this as wasn’t up to the standard that l expected from them .
