We purchased this kit for our 3 year old and 5 year old so they could make jewelry. Unfortunately the string was too flimsy for the heavy beads and even a simple small bracelet kept breaking. We instead purchased a stronger thread and it works wonders with the beads. Definitely for ages 5 and over.

Not as great as the pictures. They're more white than they appear but mixed with other beads they're usable and can be cute. Just not represented just right
