I recently bought a green resistance band to start a training at home and I quite liked it, so I thought it would be good to get a full set of resistance bands to work with different intensities of strength.With this set of resistance bands I got:5 resistance bands (yellow, green, red, blue and black)2 grip handles1 door anchor2 ankle strapsA carrier bag to keep all the bands together and to carry itEach of the bands offers different resistance levels so you can increase the resistance of your exercises as you get fitter, starting with the yellow band (10 lbs) and then the red (15 lbs), blue (20 lbs), green (25 lbs) and black (30 lbs). Also you can mix them up for different exercises.They are very lightweight so they are easy to take with you if you want to exercise in a park or in the gym.I am very pleased with these exercise resistance bands. They are a great complement for my daily training. Highly recommended.

Great nothing missing can use multiple bands on if you want them to be stronger the only slight negative is the straps on the ankles aren’t the best but for the price can’t complain

Terrible product. No elasticity. Cheap plastic with no stretch. I did not receive what was advertised in the pictures either. Different handles and certainly not made from latex

Lovely way to stay fit during winter. I don’t like go to gym when is cold and dark so I prefer workout home so this are amazing. Great resistance bands. Really do the job well. So many different exercises possible.

Sono elastici che uniti tutti insieme o presi singolarmente cambiano la loro forza se ben utilizzati possono tranquillamente quasi sostituire uno sforzo fatto con dei manubri in ghisa, ovviamente non possono sostituire al 100% i pesi ma sono comodi per il workout Oppure sono comodi da mettere in valigia e trasportarli ovunque nei nostri viaggi in modo da allenarci con costanza.io addirittura li uso come elastico di aiuto per poter sollevarmi e fare le trazioni alla sbarra

Cheaper than joining the health club and about as useful too. Been on the table since I used it last. And the last time I used it was also the first time. My bad, not the sets fault. They could be a little more motivational.
