EschenbachSektor D 10x32 Waterproof Binoculars for Bird Watching for Adults

I think these are both very good, but the Eschenbach had the edge. The main negative for the Nikon is the twist feature of the eyecups- ie, screw them in for glasses, out otherwise. THe SLIGHTEST touch threw the Nikon eyecups off their setting- the Eshenback were not as easily unsettled. Also The Eschenbach is nitrogen filled so more waterproof. Both very sharp and nice optics in low light. Both very compact. Both had nice ergonomics. But the ESchenbach won in my comparison.

I was skeptical as I was unfamiliar with this brand, however, it checked all the boxes on the specifications.I have 30 years of experience with sport optics for two of the world's largest and most recognized optics brands. Through experience, I know what to look for to determine performance and quality.These binoculars are stellar. They are sharp and well-defined across the entire image, with little to no aborations. The case is a nice plus also, an $80-$100 upgrade to the other brands.Highly recommended.

Very easy to use and light weight so comfortable watching.

The first binoculars sent were received damaged. When notified of the problem another one was forwarded immediately. Unfortunately the item ordered was crucial for a vacation and the second set arrived after the fact. These binoculars have not been tested in the field, but from cursory use the details are sparkling clear. Size and weight is comfortable and the design ideal. Would prefer to see the focusing knob fabricated in metal rather than plastic. Will be able to use them for an upcoming cruise even though the ship provides their own as I prefer using my very own equipment.

Nice and clear but NOT comfortable around the eyes. Allows a lot of light to pass while using them. Slightly lighter than another 10X40 pair we have but less comfortable so 3 stars. It doesn’t make sense to have good optics and forget eye comfort.

Good product. Light durable and good clarity. I’ve enjoyed using these binoculars. The lens caps are a little awkward, but not enough to give it a bad review.

what a german is this? i bought it simply it was made by german and in germany. as simple as that. i trusted german products very very much. but i wrong, totally wrong. how come german peoples do stupid thing like this? not checked it thoroughly? now it collimation gone wrong. i cannot used it at all. i take care of it. very care. how its collimation go wrong? iot blur! now i used vortex diamondback made in USA from chinese factory instead! you cannot trust company that said they do bisness since 1900.... sorry to say. but its true. i a person spoke the truth. i dont like lying simply to please someone. right is right. wronmg is wrong. thats it.

Die Qualität ist hervorragend - sowie die optische Bildqualität als auch die Haptik....und das bei dem geringen Gewicht und Preis!Die fehlende Lichtstärke wird durch Schärfe wettgemacht - ich kann das Fernglas sogar anstatt meinem doppelt so großem/schwerem 8x42er Nikon Glas bei Dämmerung und ein bisschen Sternbeobachtung verwenden

Ich war absolut erstaunt über die Qualität und Klarheit des Objektivs. Klar, am Rand gibt es natürlich Unschärfen, die sich aber gut im Rahmen halten. Okular-Muscheln sind vorhanden, sodass das Glas mit und ohne Brille gut nutzbar ist. Die Muscheln haben allerdings nur einen Raster (voll ausgedreht, oder eingedreht). Die Dioptrien-Einstellung ist etwas fummelig und ich hätte mir eine etwas deutlichere Markierung gewünscht. Ist aber in Ordnung, da das Glas überwiegend von einer Person genutzt wird. Aus Spaß hab ich es mal mit einem 8x42 Glas im Preisbereich um die 1000€ verglichen. Außer den besagten leichten Unschärfen am Rand hat sich das 10x25 gut geschlagen. Besonders überrascht hat mich aber die Helligkeit des Bildes bei Dämmerung. Da hätte ich größere Unterschiede erwartet. Zudem ist das Glas recht leicht und wird ein ständiger Begleiter im Rucksack werden.

Bought these for their wide field of view. Which is really very wide for binoculars in this size/price range. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much at this price, and thought they would probably end up being returned in favour of their sibling: the Eschenbach Trophy.But I was pleasantly surprised. The wide field of view is great, the amount of detail in the image when looking at birds (or my cat) at 10-20m is insane. Colour rendition is not perfect, but it's close and what tint is there, is a very agreable tone. Even the low light performance was better than expected for such small binoculars.The included case and strap seem decent quality. The included caps fit well loose enough for easy putting on/removing but tight enough to stay put. And the included microfiber cleaning cloth is a nice touch.My only gripe is the styling. The dark green rubber coating with the grippy dots make it look like a kids toy. On the other hand, that might be a good thing in terms of theft protection.

Das Produkt macht einen sehr guten robusten Eindruck und lässt sich sehr gut bedienen.Bin gespannt wie es sich in den kommenden Jahren schlägt.Der Lichtgewinn für einen Dämmerungsansitz ist gut.
