Super effective hydration that tastes great
My 2 teenage sons are very active in sports: football, basketball, and track. They wanted to try some hydration, so started buying different varieties. So far, Ryse has been our favorite. It blends smoothly into the water. We like the small packets that we can to competitions or school. They are not super expensive and we can feel hydrated after running 2 miles or playing football.

Perfect for summer!
I love the RYSE drink packets. The Lemon Lime is so refreshing and I don’t taste a salty aftertaste. I don’t leave home without an electrolyte packet and this is one of my favorites!
