I never used a plasma cutter before, ordered this one and set up was easy. Only needed to get a part to hook up air line to my compressor from hardware store for quick connect fitting.Took some steel I had and made this cat shape to cut out. Set to 120v and 25 on the dial, and air to 45 psi. Cut this out like butter with a hot knife! I never used a cutter before and it was quite easy but I know my skills will improve with practice.It tripped my outlet I guess a gfi so I took out my generator to power it up and had no problems. Seems like a good quality machine and a great price point.Only complaint is the air filter drain knob was chipped/cracked when I took it out of the box so I emailed support and waiting for a reply, may call instead of waiting for an email.Happy with my purchase!

I am new to plasma cutting, but i had no problem using this machine and i am very happy with the results. The money i save on oxygen/acetylene, will make it pay for itself in no time!!

This cutter handled everything I threw at it—steel, aluminum, and even thicker stock. Setup was simple, and the 2T/4T switch is helpful for longer cuts. The post-flow feature keeps the tip cool. Lightweight yet powerful. Definitely exceeded my expectations at this price point.

Got this a couple weeks ago. Got it set up yesterday. Everything appeared fine. I had some pieces of 1/4” steel plates to test it out. Made some cuts that totaled about 10 seconds. I was very impressed. With everything set up to start my project today it would not work. Display looked correct. Ground was connected. Air was flowing. No spark so no cut. I packaged it up for return and very disappointed. I understand it’s not an expensive name brand but my expectations were it would last for more than a day for some home hobby projects. Not sure what brand to choose but it won’t be this one.Update:Customer service contacted me. We were able to work out a way for me to get a new unit. They were very helpful. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks so much Spring.

Great little machine. Worked as advertised.

Very prompt delivery. Everything listed was included in the box. Simple setup, very compact unit. One thing to note: if you don’t have a 30-50 amp 110volt circuit the unit doesn’t work very well on 110v. It works fantastic on on a 30-50 amp 220v circuit. Once I got it setup and played with the current and air pressure this thing cuts like butter and is very fast compared to other cutting types. I am still figuring ideal settings for no slag but it is creating minimal slag now. Great machine for its size. Also make sure and read directions about switching from 110 to 220 if you don’t do it right you can ruin the machine according to Arccaptain. Enjoy!
