Dispenser doesn't seem to work.
It evidently isn't any good as it doesn't work, literally. Cannot get it to come out of the bottle, no matter what I do. Doesn't matter if I shake it, turn it upside down, right side up, it won't work......

Awesome product
This product was recommended by my hair stylist and I love it! It Makes my blonde highlights really stand out!

Dull
I got the mousse as part of a Blonde Glam set (shampoo/conditioner/mousse) at a good price. I hadn't used mousse in 20 years--bad memories from the early '90s--so was hoping that the stuff had improved over the decades. Nah. While I like other Blonde Glam products, the mousse isn't anything great. My hair tends to frizziness, so I like something that smooths, adds some gloss. This mousse, instead, left a dull-looking film on my hair (despite my using in moderation) and added no bounce or body. It was a "blah" for me.
