From the very start, our excitement was completely crushed. Only 3 out of the 4 boxes were delivered, leaving us with missing parts right off the bat. When the final box finally showed up, we got to work, but things just got worse. The product claims it takes around 4 hours to construct—well, it took my husband and me 3 full days, and we still haven’t finished. The door? Totally out of alignment, making it impossible to install the lock. The instructions are a complete joke—barely legible, vague, and confusing.The rods? Not steel as advertised, but cheap aluminum. The panels? Absolute garbage—scratch if you so much as look at them wrong and they dent and puncture at the slightest touch. And on top of all that, it didn’t even come with enough screws! One of the “instructions” is to get on the roof before reinforcing the walls—DO NOT DO THIS. The structure is flimsy, can’t hold any weight, and I had to use my own cross beam just to keep from falling through.The pre-drilled holes? A total mess—barely any of them, and the ones that are there are misaligned. As for the floor, it’s made of the cheapest material possible. We accidentally stepped on the flat side of a screw, and it punctured right through! We had to spend an extra $140 at Home Depot to get a subfloor just to make it usable.You absolutely need two people, maybe even three, for this nightmare. And those doors? Completely useless. They don’t fit at all. I am beyond dissatisfied—this product is a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
