Got this for G-Granddaughter for Christmas and she loved. Instructions were easy to use and the kit had a good variety of educational experiments. Durable materials not cheap things. This is a good purchase for such a great value.

This is super fun and I love how it comes with more than one project. The volcano does take some time to build and setup but it is still fun once it's all together. I also liked how it came with a thing to dig for the rocks but then also came with additional rocks. That was a hit with my son.

My 4 year old granddaughter was fascinated with this Christmas gift and wanted to start playing with it the minute she opened it. She and her dad played with it every day for days thereafter and would send me pictures of their experiments. It really opened in her a curiosity and a love of science--plus it was just plain fun.

My son loves this set, he plays with it for hours at a time. Comes with three containers of food coloring, red yellow and blue. We have used these for making volcano experiments and he also plays with them in the bath. Everything is plastic and/or rubber and has been durable for my four year old. Easy to clean. Plenty of ways to use this, a good way to learn about measuring things as well. No assembly required.

Science kit didn't contain most of the tools and materials needed, only some pretty looking tools. To start with, tried the ice cube experiment. Simply didn't work, tried a couple of times and extending the time it took for the water to freeze over the thread and ice cube. Still didn't work.
