I ordered this lock to replace/update the one for my front door. I didn’t end up using the knob/handle, but I’ve used the deadbolt/lock aspect. Installation was pretty easy & straightforward. I liked the versatility & different entry options (via mobile app, key, biometric fingerprint, or numerical code). I’ve tested all four methods and had zero issues with any of them so far. I also really love the idea of automatic locking (which is something I often forget to do) in addition to the record of comings/goings. I was even able to issue a one-time passcode for a house cleaner! The lock itself is a deadbolt, so I feel like it’s strong & secure. The price is similar to other smart/biometric locks like it on Amazon ($98 at the time of writing this review). Overall, I’m super happy with it and would highly recommend!

This biometric digital door lock had the easiest installation, easiest app control and the cleanest finish of the ones we’ve installed on our properties. This one replaced another model we had installed and really liked but after 2 months of hard Florida rain…it frizzled out. This model appears to be heavy duty and the casings well sealed. It was installed and set up on the app in less than 30 minutes!!

Absolutely love this doorknob. Was exactly what I was looking for. Was easy to install. So far it works really good.

My husband was happy with the quality of this door lock deadbolt. Installation was kind of easy just had to drill a hole for the door handle and easy setup. The phone app was also easy to figure out and works very well. You do get notification on the door locking but in order to receive other notifications you need a Wi-FI Gateway Remote which you purchase separately. Also, we don’t like how it’s hard to see from a distance if the door is locked or unlocked as there is no light nor markings to reflect the entire assembly due to being all black. My husband put white paint inside of a groove on the on the lock handle to see the lock status better. Other than that, we do really like it and would highly recommend.

So, I ended up switching to a different smart front door set that could work with my Alexa & Google systems - this one does not seem to be able to. However, if that isn't a priority for you, this is still a great quality and very functional lock with 4 ways to unlock! Standard key (it comes with 2), fingerprint (you can program up to 50 different ones), a number code, or via the app that you can download. The whole set is heavy and nice looking and pretty straightforward to install.
