The mouth tape does work to a high extent, It does say not to stretch it but I found it works better when stretched on lips, in terms of the nose strips ..those are a bit touch and go..but then again most of them ate depending on how oily your skin is ...

As someone that didn't snore but woke up with a dry mouth a lot I got into mouth tape this year and its been pretty useful, in the case of this one it was nothing mindblowing but it did what it was supposed to. The mouth tape went on as you would want (after some pre-preparation like cleaning then drying the mouth/nose area) holding on to prevent mouth breathing without being horrible to take off afterwards though I will note that the nasal strips weren't too notable but did still prove useful used alongside the tape.I got the same positive side effects from using these as some of the others being not having a dried out mouth and sleeping longer due to that no longer being something that would potentially wake me up in the middle of the night. I have also had no issue with residue from the tape either which is good for someone with a patchy beard. For the rice seems reasonable value and therefore could be worth giving a try.

While they are cheap enough, and you get both nose and mouth strips, they didn't have a noticeable impact on snoring.Though they are easy to apply you have to have washed, scrubbed, and dried your nose else they'll stick really weakly and quickly pop off. The mouth strips weren't the most comfortable but quickly came loose anyway.

These mouth tape and nasal strips combination have been really positive for me. I've always bought these separately, but to have them available in the same set is incredible. The price point is fantastic and I'll be buying these again for sure. It's stopped my snoring and I've never breathed so clearly in all my life. Highly recommend.

I’ve found these strips really helpful. I think the quality of my sleep is better. I found the strips gentle on my skin and I haven’t had any irritation. I think it’s good value for money for a months supply!
