This was the first time I've tested for mold in the house and I wasn't sure what to expect. i needn't have worried as the kit was very easy to use. The booklet/guide supplied with test kit (petri dishes) was excellent and easy to understand. I had to ask for help, though, as I couldn't identify all the mold in the petri dishes so contacted the company asking for help and included photos of the molds. I was delighted to get a reply next day with a brilliant and detailed report, explaining what the molds were etc. What a fantastic service!! I hope to do some repeat tests in the future and can highly recommend this product.

the test kit showed the mould in the house. we sent pictures of the mould and got a prompt reply with details of which mould types were present in the home. good product and good service.

There's tons of spelling mistakes here which makes it seem very unprofessional and then for disposing the mold plates they recommend opening them after mold growth has formed and boiling it off before you put them in the bin.Apparently you shouldn't open them after the sample has been taken.I'd avoid this!
