Great for the price. I could t find any others that had several different light spectrums. This unit provides one red light and 2 infrared settings. I saw someone post that the light didn’t work on 2 settings. We can’t see the infrared light. The directions even suggest you take a picture in a dark room with the light on and you will see it is working. We just can’t see it.I like that you can run each band on its own or all 3 together. The stand is nice and holds the light up well I like how easy it is to adjustThis is our first red light. If we start to see results I’ll prop ably by a second and third or a full wall.The research is out that this will work but we haven’t used long enough to speak to the effects. I can say that this light is impressive for the price.

I purchased this product as i have joint issues on my hips and shoulders. Assembly was a bit tricky as the instructions are vague, but i did manage to assemble by looking at the photos. I targeted the problem areas starting with 15 minutes per area and i can say, i am impressed. The design is fantastic as it allows for you to adjust easily. The lighting on this product does exactly wat it says it will do. After the first application of light targeting the area, i felt my muscles relaxing and the pain subsided. It recommends to be used a couple times a day in the problem area and i will do so during the first use i felt the difference.Highly recommend this product and with the discount offered, i felt the pricing was very reasonable.

***PROS:—1) Helps ease discomfort (I can’t make medical claims or my review gets rejected. However, the seller’s list the same words I originally used.) My husband uses it after working out because he has some chronic injuries and this helps make him feel more comfortable every time.—2) Big lamp head = more coverage.—3) Flexible “arm/neck” on the stand - so you can lower or raise it (to a certain extent).—4) Sturdy in most positions. I haven’t had any issues with it tipping over AS LONG AS I make sure the base is pointing in the correct direction (only necessary when the laser arm is fully extended out.) We use it daily and have used it on both hard floor and carpet and it hasn’t tipped over. Most of the time, we use it with the “arm/neck” bent, so the placement direction of the base doesn’t matter.***CONS:—1) While there is some flexibility with the positioning of the laser, I wish there was more. For example, It would be nice to be able to rotate the head so that it is vertical (not just horizontal). This would be great when using it on the leg or arm, especially when letting your arm hang by your side. Also, I wish that we could lower it more. (i.e. if I am sitting or lying down on the floor, it’s too high up. I have to use it while sitting on a couch/chair or while standing.—2) This isn’t a true con, but is worth mentioning. While the base makes it sturdy in almost every position, I do wish that it was slightly bigger or weighted in some way for when the arm is fully extended. As it is now, I just have to make sure the base is pointed in the same direction as the extension so it will not tip. Again, not a true con because after I make that correction, it is good to go.--------If my viewpoint changes after I have posted this review, I will edit and update it.

If I could give a negative I would. This light is very cheap made. You have to wiggle the plug a million times and maybe the light will work. But mostly it doesn’t. Highly recommend to not purchase this one

I love this product!

It is lightweight and easily positioned over a limited area. It does need to be fairly close to the area, but it dosen't get hot to touch. They did come with dark glasses, to protect the eyes. also. I just started using, I will repost when I give it another few weeks

The RLT glasses that come with RAIPATH are subpar. There is a slit where eye protection is compromised by opening at top of lenses. I may return this product not just because of poor eye protection. See the images. I also posted the stats not listed clearly in the description. Haven't put the rest of kit together so the star rating is based out of the box viewing. Also a heavy item was packed in the box shipped out from Amazon. The heavy large item should have been packed separately. Will update shortly!
