The music boxing machine is a nice change of pace from your regular cardio routine.The device can be synced with Bluetooth to make feel like your own work out class. The product is durable and I've been able to give it my shares of hooks. This item was fun to use. It has music build into it. It came with velcro sticky and a metal bar to screw onto wall.Hit the light and then it goes faster every time you complete all light and didn't miss any. It is fun.

The machine is actually fun for a home trainer. The sound is ok, and the boxing is still soft and stimulating. Overall, it's a good buy for the money.My only comment is that the self-sticking stickers are useless, and while the machine can be mounted with screws, this allows stability and only takes two small wholes.... but, the metal creates an unbalance because there is now a 0.5cm gap between the wall and machine... not ideal for a boxing machine. We closed this gap by pushing cotton between the wall and the machine.Overrall happy with the item

I love it it has music system built in already..and you can connect it with you device for another musical options you tube or anhami..Spotify..I wish the punching beat can be faster or adjustable l you can punch really hard or light..The missing punch sounds its really really silly nose for toddler from teletubby!!!!!! This is the only thing issue cause its annoying im punching and thinking I'm mohammad Ali thin this childish telytabby pops up 🤣😂
