7-5-2025 Update to my original review posting. On July 5, I got a call from Service/Technical support person to see if my Tracki was performing better after software update, plus more real time usage, now going on three months. I advised Tech person that unit was actually performing better and that except for the issues posted in previous/first review, everything was functioning well, including the speed of notifications. Out of the blue, Tech said Tracki would prorate a refund of my purchase for my trouble/issues, which I did not expect but appreciated. Changing my overall rating to five stars for the unsolicited follow up, partial credit refund, and appreciation for the follow-up call to ensure my satisfaction with product. (Original Posting 4-2025 starts here)UPDATE TO FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN ITEM REC'D: This Tracki was purchased for a road trip out west. Although its location accuracy was pretty good, this Amazon special monthly rate plan/offer does NOT include text notifications for "on the move" "geo fence Entry and Exit" notifications, etc. I did get Email notifications, but in spite of having my phone notifications Active and Audible, did not get anything close to real time notices. Would often check email and find hidden/delayed/incorrect geo fence (had multiple sites set up for monitoring) notifications. Not sure if my cell carrier is to blame, or just limitations of device. So, yes it sort of works, but you have to work with it manually to keep track of you vehicle or other item. Will try to get Tracki support online with "real world issues" and maybe they can help me get more Real Time updates.

This product needs to be recharged often! Please don’t purchase if you’re not willing to recharge every day! Alert are hit and miss, when you setup geo fencing. Not worth the money.

Battery doesn’t last that long but it does do it’s job so what can I ask for

I bought this for my LSV Cart. It works great. Gives real time updates. You get a 2 year subscription with it which is nice. So far I am happy with my purchase.
