Great customer service
The product is good. Have got two. This review is mainly to praise the after sales service received from Lisa. Changed ISP and couldn't connect to new router. 40 minutes on the phone (which Tapo paid for) and problem solved. Recommended00

low quality
Really disappointed, low pix quality, when it is raining keeps sending false alarm. It comes with an adapter which does not have uk plug and needs extra plug adapter. After 2.5 months use, camera went offline, red light flashing. I tried all troubleshooting but did not work!!
