For me it hits the spot. One scoop really is enough! Very potent, so lasts! Recommend and will buy again.

Strong stuff but taste was a bit of a let down

If your looking to increase/boost your workouts, then this is a good mix to get. It certainly has a nice gummy bear flavor, which when mixed with 1 scoop is very palatable and easy to swallow for a pre-workout drink. The pack contains around 30 servings, so should keep you going for a while. I tend to pick neutral flavors like blueberry and lemon etc, which work well for me, so gummy bear flavor was a bit different this time as a choice.Supports Hydration, Electrolyte Balance, Energy and Performance with Beta Alanine and Citrulline it helps support energy levels during workouts and to help reduce fatigue. I love the flavor and it mixes very well too. I tend to use this as pre workout drink with cold water during weight training or cardio. But the CNS can be used for any gym activity generally. you should use it about 15 minutes before your workout. (1 scoop suggested maximum). The product does contain Caffeine to stimulate the nervous system, I usually go for a caffeine free one, but decided to try something different, it also contains bitter orange as well, which is someting I have never had before.Pros: Great taste, mixes well, 30 servings average, helps offset fatigue.Cons: Contains caffeine!

Unacceptable product. Sealed but crystallised throughout. Unusable

This pre-workout has given me one of the best pumps ever. It contains 390mg of caffeine per serving. I have built up some tolerance to caffeine, but this hit me really quickly. I mix this with 300ml of cold water. They recommend 200ml, but I don't want a strong taste. This is a new flavour to me, and I'm already a fan of it. This is my first time hearing of this brand and I'm putting this in my Top 3 for pre-workouts.
