Would recommend if your new to PCs
I am new to PC gaming always been console but I knew basics and this was recommended for what I needed to game and I've tested 4 games so far and they work perfectly it's fast and looks stunning! Was securely packaged and no issues at all super fast delivery! Would highly recommended! My only downside for myself as im quiet sensitive to noises i would say is the fans are a little loud but it is bearable and what would you expect with 7 fans inside but they do the trick no heat what so ever cool as a cucumber don't let it put you off 🥰

Definitely worth the buy
Wow, I’m really impressed with the noise level on this PC it’s so quiet! It runs incredibly fast it’s beautiful 🤩 the graphics are amazing. I upgraded for my YouTube channel, and DaVinci Resolve works incredible on it. I’m excited to upload my first video using it! I needed to up my game and the quality was amazing on my first render . The packaging was carefully wrapped thoughtfully and secure. Thank you for this great product. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend the set up was simple thank you guys 😁

Unstable and apparently unable to run modern Unreal engine 5 games.
Deeply disappointed. Son wanted this to play tournament level Marvel Rivals, as well as to use for his project work in his degree in game development. PC arrived well packaged, but when we started the set up the PC kept crashing after about 20 minutes or so. Logs show ID41 a kernel power problem. Once we had loaded up software (during which there were several crashes), when we tried to run Marvel Rivals we got memory access violations which caused either the program to crash or the the whole PC. Following advice from various experts online we tried re-installing, changing shader cache size, did a memory check. We tried loading a less intensive game (Palworld) which initially ran, but when closing the game gave the same memory access violation fault. Bloons seemed to run fine, but that is not an Unreal Engine 5 game. In desperation we first reset the PC keeping files, same problems, then did a full reset and stripped down anything we loaded to the barest minimum needed to test. The PC seemed slightly more stable but again crashed with the same errors when trying to run games. It seemed that whenever some load was put on the PC just switched off then rebooted. It wasnt overheating, fans were running fine so I am at a loss to know what was the problem other than a faulty PSU possibly, but after over 10 hours trying different things (and I'm reasonably experienced in administering a PC) we were no further forward. As the PC, despite having a i9 12900kf CPU and RTX5070 graphics card, seemed incapable of running the types of games it was bought for (or the types of games my son would be writing in Unreal engine 5) we choose to return the PC. This request has been approved so we are awaiting instructions. UPDATE: whilst we were disappointed with the PC the customer service was excellent. No quibble return organised and just recieved full refund.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS!!! Would give 10 stars if I could
I don't usually write any reviews. However, I was genuinely so pleased with this purchase I had to show my support and try to provide some reassurance for anyone that's skeptical about buying this rig from vibox like I was at first. (SPOILER: you should definitely buy this PC) I had my concerns originally as the images of the listing don't match with the specific specs that I picked, as well as the fact that the vibox website is dated to 2018 and didn't have any of the PC listings or parts that were listed on amazon which was my first concern. I also found the Vibox YouTube channel has some amazing pc builds, but hasn't seen any uploads since 2018. My guess is that the lockdown/pandemic has thinned time and resources on keeping the content up to date and the company have focused their efforts on product and customer service. Which is fine, though it would have eased my mind if the website at the least was up to date so that it keeps the brand consistent and reassures customers when buying your products from Amazon. Now, despite those concerns I read through most of the reviews and all I could see were people's above-par customer service experiences with the company. So I splashed on the void case with the i5-10400F paired with an MSI GeForce RTX 3070 8GB VRAM. I to this day, have not once used or even seen in person a machine as powerful as this rig. It runs everything I've thrown at it on ultra settings from anywhere between a rough 60 to 200+FPS. Depending on the game and settings of course. The package came packed securely with the GPU well supported inside the case. The set up was as simple as plug in and start signing into windows. All the ports work as intended and the Void infinity mirror with the RGB just looks downright badass! Here's a few games I've tested on the rig with my 1440p monitor: - BF1, Ultra settings 200% resolution scale 80-90 FPS - BfV, Ultra settings 100% resolution scale 65-75 FPS - BF4, Ultra settings 100% resolution scale 120-150FPS - Minecraft Max settings, SEUS shaders 50-60 FPS (this game is more CPU heavy so minor but upgradable bottleneck for the future) - BeamNG Drive, max settings, 80-140FPS depending on how much physics based vehicle crashing you do. - Assassin's Creed Valhalla/Odyssey, max settings 100% resolution scale 60-78FPS I monitored the GPU and CPU temps for all of these games. After an hour of gaming on each at those settings, the CPU has not exceeded 72°C at peak averaging at about 67°C, which is surprising considering it's only got the stock intel cooling unit. The GPU with an afterburner overclock stays at a toasty 79°C at full load when really pushing the graphics I managed to spike it to 81°C. But usually on most games the GPU won't excede an average of 70-75°C I am a music producer and have been using a laptop for most of my uni course and my old i7-7000HQ was starting to struggle with my plugin heavy Ableton live projects. But after loading up the same projects on the i5-10400F and slightly faster 16GB RAM, it keeps up noticeably more and keeps stability towards the final stages of making tracks which always held me back before. So all in all after almost a week of using this pc, I couldn't have asked for a better deal. It feels almost too good to be true considering the gpu and microchip shortage currently plaguing the gaming world. So I truly appreciate the privilege to get my hands on these specs at close to MSRP! Thank you Vibox, for building this exclent PC and for getting it delivered 2 days early! I feel like an 8 year old getting my first Gameboy, but instead I'm in my 20's and it's a monster PC ahahah! Happy shopping people!!

Brilliant! Just some things to note ⬇️
I bought the ( IX-556 Gaming PC • AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 5.0GHz • AMD Ryzen 9070 XT 16GB • 32GB 5600MHz DDR5 RAM • 1TB NVMe SSD • Windows 11 • WiFi ) • I chose this because I wanted something that was good for gaming speed and graphics, and also good for content creation. I could’ve bought the specific parts, but wanting something pre-built, you’re paying for the convenience of things not going wrong while building, and having something to get into straight away! Note: this PC is BIG. Before buying this, I did some research on the specs I was looking for, and this fit that criteria (almost! if not for the 1TB storage, 2TB would be lovely! But might be able to change this later). Anyway, It creates a lovely white aesthetic is perfect for anyone looking to buy something a bit more high end and that looks good at the same time. • little note: make sure you have good WiFi when you turn on your pc. As it’s run by windows, windows has a feature where you need WiFi to get to the Home Screen once set up for the first time. This was an issue in my student accommodation as it took a while to load with this, but when it was sorted, everything ran fast and smooth. • Bluetooth: there is no Bluetooth for this pc, so you’ll need to buy a Bluetooth dongle, given there’s no Bluetooth driver. I’ve tried to download specific drivers compatible with this pc, but it doesn’t seem to work doing this online. (I’ll report back to see if the BT dongle works with this pc here) • fans: these are a little noisy, however not like a ps4 jet engine about-to-take-off type of noisy. The sound feels more like brown noise (search this on YouTube) which is actually quite calming, it’s not too loud nor quiet, it’s just fine. The noise makes sense given it has 7 fans, and the fans work amazingly to cool this PC. I live in a small student accom room, where my heating is on most of the time, yet this PC remains cool to the touch. It’s Perfect. • price: the price is almost worth what you’re paying for. With the 1T storage I definitely think for the price of £1,899 they could up it to 2TB to make more sales. Overall though, given the specs listed on Amazon, the graphics are top tier and so is the speed. The processor is wonderful given its 8 core count and its minimum 4.2 GHZ speed. Perfect for gaming which aims to go up to 5 GHZ. • gaming: I play LoL and a bit on Minecraft, and dip into other indie games/ shooters too. All these run perfectly at 230-245fps on basic settings with 1GB of wifi. Lovely smooth experience with no disconnect. LEDS: gorgeous! Different settings you can change manually on the tower box itself, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white or rainbow. You can chose to have them alternating between theses colours or have its own colour on. Unfortunately there is no app to manually change these LED lights to fit a specific colour scheme, but honestly, it doesn’t matter to me given how I love the lights in general. (Photos / videos are attached!) I rated this 4 stars because I did have a hard set up experience with this pc and its internet connection. While this does come with a WiFi dongle, it doesn’t allow for the same smooth and fast wireless connection as my old laptop with lower specs. That issue might be due to this PCs high specs, as some pc builders have told me. however, this can be fixed with an Ethernet cable, ensuring it runs smoothly and fast, something which helped me a lot! After that, it ran as smooth as butter with my 1GB WiFi. Overall though, this is probably one of the best pre-built pcs you can get on the market for late 2025- early 2026 given everything that it covers, so why not buy it!

The value is incredible for the price.
I'm pleased with the purchase so far. This machine runs every game smoothly in ultra 4k. There are no difficulties there. The computer visually looks great. You can customize most of the lights, such as RAM memory, fan, and case, but I was unable to change the color of the graphic card. Windows 11 is the default operating system, but you can easily change it by reinstaling your preferred operating system. The only downside is that it is a little bit noisy due to all the fans, but it is understandable with 7 fans. The package has ample padding and is completely safe, without any scratches. The little bag of gummies and a £20 voucher is a nice touch. Nice customer service

Poor product- didn't work
Do not buy this product! This gaming PC didn't work from the start. It would get to the start up screen and then nothing else would happen and then it would start over again on a loop. Customer help line was poor. Suggested taking it apart and removing the card. We had to take numerous pictures to send them so they could see if anything had been dislodged (which it hadn't) After a few days of trying various things we were told to send it back to them cor repair. We had give 2 days notice for the collection day and told to send pictures at each stage of packaging to prove it was being done properly. Then had to re pack it when we were told it wasn't good enough! We were told it would be collected and we would need to be available for a whole day as they couldn't be specific about the collection time. How many people are able to sit at home all day on a working weekday to wait for collection!? It was collected and after all the messing around we asked for a refund and it was agreed. We had wanted the PC for a specific date, so ended up ordering from a completely different company. The item arrived early, well packaged and in full working order. Don't be sucked into the cheap 'deal' for this PC. Pay a bit more and get something that actually works.
