The Art Therapy Coloring Book, Floral Edition, is packed with 50 unique flower illustrations. Just looking through the coloring book is a soothing experience. I feel the blissful vibrations emanating from the Lilacs, orchids, marigolds, and Queen of the Night flowers. I can also feel my blood pressure coming down.There are so many beautiful flowers to color.The front of the book is quite interesting, with the addition of a cutout, bleed-through prevention page. The tips to maximize your therapeutic experience page is also a nice touch. It suggests lighting a candle, turning on some soothing music, picking a serene location, using the included breathing technique, and utilizing your time in this art therapy to heal or relax.Nicely done coloring book for all ages.

I really liked the black line on white page images of a wide range of flowers. The pictures were detailed and one could spend lots of time coloring away. Not a fan of the backs of the pages for coloring as it is a lot of tracing of white lines vs coloring. I just used the extra sheet provided and colored in the white pages with markers, placing the spare page between the sheets and ignored the black pages.

this coloring book was made with every thought in mind. The color testing pages are all cute flowers to test colors on, there is a table of contents so you can color in the exact flower you want to that day. And the back side of each page is a black version of the flower on the next page, which is beautiful in its own way.

This is a great coloring book for teen, to provide a pleasant activity to calm the anxious mind. But there are a couple of things about this coloring book I like over others I've looked at. First, in addition to the regular pages of all the different flower types, it has high-contrast pages, with white lines on black. You end up coloring the white lines, instead of the centers of the flowers. These result in fun and different pictures.The other thing I like is the page with "tips on calming the mind." This is just a nice addition to the purpose of the book.

This book contains detailed images of flowers which will keep someone busy for hours coloring them. The black pages with white lines are basically the same as the white image that follows except that the image is zoomed in. If you like flowers and coloring detailed images, you should like this book.

This coloring book has pretty florals that are very intricate. I would say it is best for adult coloring.It would be good to destress while coloring!
