Pre-Workout

Holy cow—this Orange Cream Ghost Pre-Workout is delicious! I tried it today after taking about a month-long break from pre-workouts (my usual flavor is Sour Patch), and it did not disappoint. I love orange cream flavor, and this one tastes spot-on. I did notice the tingling sensation I usually get from Ghost was a bit delayed, and the jitters were milder than before, but the energy and endurance were still there. I had a great workout and pushed through like always with this product.

If you’re into dry scooping (even though I don’t recommend it), this GHOST Legend pre-workout in the Welch’s grape flavor is the ultimate choice. I swear, it tastes exactly like Welch’s grape jelly when you dry scoop it — weirdly nostalgic and intense!That said, the formula is solid: decent ingredients, a great price, and plenty of caffeine plus beta-alanine to really thrust you into your workout. I take this pre-workout in the morning, and it doesn’t just wake me up — it puts me into full throttle mode, ready to crush my gym session.If you want a flavorful and effective pre-workout (dry scoopers, I’m looking at you), this Welch’s grape flavor is a fun and powerful option.

This product has a unique (tasty) flavor, other products taste like chemicals, I've been using it for a long time and haven't found anything better, the price is fair.

I love Ghost energy drinks. Figured for the price I’d give their pre workout a shot. I have mixed results. The taste is definitely great I just have had some mild stim feeling and also not so much of a response to this. I may be slightly off or just used to very strong PWs. I usually scoop 80-90% of a full scoop. I’ll try to go just over a full scoop and see if there’s a stronger response. The first time I tried it I felt a little kick. But after using for almost a week I’m not feeling it as much. I will update my review. It’s a great buy for how expensive PWs are getting. But if you’re adjusted to stim style products this might be a little lighter for you at 1 scoop.

Ghost is my favorite preworkout. Gives a good wake up feeling and I never feel like I crash after using it.

My go to preworkout. Great taste. Decent pricing. It smells like the flavor. Easily dissolving in a glass of water. I don’t feel jittery after taking like I do with others.

The carbonated can versions always taste a little better, but this orange cream flavor has been my favorite pre-workout/ energy powder. Mixes as well. Tastes like a 50/50 ice cream bar. Felt no crash effects. I mix 1 scoop with at least 12-16 oz of water since the scoop size is large.Good plus to see Ghost removed synthetic dyes. Coloring in ingredients shows now as vegetable juice powder for color.Only con is the beta-alanine ingredient sometimes makes my hands tingle too much. Luckily the tingly/itchy sensation lessens in time.

I wanted to wait to have used this product a few times before writing a review. The container is pretty huge, so it's a good deal for the money (although it is a bit on the pricey side). In terms of the flavor, it actually tastes pretty good! The flavor reminds me of grape Bubble Yum gum. I can feel it working right away, and the energy and alertness lasts a while. The only reason I gave it three stars and won't re-purchase is because it makes my skin tingle and I'm not a fan. I can't explain the skin tingling and maybe that won't be the case for you, but I don't find it enjoyable.
