My child gets bad gas cramps and this thing works great! We have it charged up and it runs for over an hour. Has a nice range for heat and vibrate settings.

Works so nice for cramps my girls love them

Product was charged twice and never used. It only makes a weird buzzing noise and doesn’t come on. Because my daughter waited too long to open the gift I missed the deadline to return it.

Heating pad is nice but only 2 settings are useful. Setting 4 is rather nice, however, the other vibration settings are pretty annoying. The heating portion is pretty on point, I must say. Personally, the first setting is more than enough for me but I have gone up to the 3rd setting which left blisters on my skin. I couldn't imagine using the last setting for any period of time.
