Don't get me wrong - I love the Glucose Goddess, and Glucose Revolution book literally changed my life. While I think the Anti-Spike product is great, I just can't justify $65 per month. This product is the same ingredients, but double the servings and half the price. Honestly, I think it works just as good or better than the brand-name alternative.
