There was no size chart listed when I recently purchased a "Large" but I would have returned it for a different size if the "Large" had not fit so well.

Q: Item is listed as left hand orientation. Does that mean left handed golfer or worn on left hand?

Means you wear the glove on the left hand.

Depends on size of hand, palm size and finger length if long fingers I'd try a large
