If you're wondering what this tape is like, it's like a thin ribbon of cloth with adhesive on it. The adhesive sticks well, but does not leave a residue behind (at least not at first). The tape has very little stretch to it. It is difficult to tear (very strong), but it seems to rip cleanly along its width and does not fray.I see in the description that it is being used like a wrap around joints. I suppose it would work for that application, but I feel that self adhesive bandage wrap is a superior product for that purpose. Self adhesive wrap has some stretch to it and only sticks to itself, as opposed to this cloth tape, which might restrict circulation due to its inability to stretch.This stuff really shines as a makeshift set of "gloves" though. Many athletic activities such as weightlifting, gymnastics, climbing, or basketball are pretty rough on your hands. If you develop a crack or a blister, it can really ruin your day and possibly your game. Protect your skin and reduce friction by applying some of this tape where you need it around your hand and fingers. If you already have a crack or blister, you can apply a band aid and then wrap over it with this tape to keep the band-aid from getting ripped off.What's that? You prefer computers over playing sports? Well rejoice, fellow nerd, because this tape can also protect your fingers from the sharp edges you find inside computer cases. Just wrap your fingertips with a little of this tape and you wont have to worry about discovering 20 little slices in your thumb and forefinger that sting when you wash your hands.Endless uses for this stuff. I'm definitely throwing a roll of it in my first aid kit.

This tape is durable and sticky. The price is awesome compared to buying at box stores. I used on my dogs legs as she chews herself. They don’t bother her. Seem comfortable and functions as I need it.
