Better than expected
Good quality printer, ideal for printing postage labels for my online business. Easy set up, user friendly and surprisingly fast.

So easy to print postage labels
This is a perfect little postage label printer. Prints so fast and very very easy to use and a good price. So glad I purchased this it make label printing a slice of cake.

fiddly and not the greatest quality of printing
Variable quality of printing. Too difficult to set it up on Mac. Used the usb installation, but the drive corresponding to the model was not available. So I had to select a different drive from the list. In order for the printing to not be faint, I have to use the 'print as an image 600 dpi'. I didn't bother to contact support as from online reviews on Youtube - was mentioned that support is not good, so I didn't want to lose any further time. It was giving me error of cutting the text off the label. In the end after trying different drivers, it worked. But the printing quality is not consistent. I cleaned the print head and rubber roller as instructed but still the same. If support wants to contact me with info, happy to listen and implement your input. But of course this is a budget printer, can't compare it with the more premium ones. I suppose it is OK for the job, but still quite annoying that you can't guarantee that all the parts of the label that are the most major - QR code, Barcode etc will be printed well. I will also try other labels once these ones run out, as the quality of the labels matters as I have read, but I don't think there will be much difference

Disappointing
Printing via Bluetooth on windows 11 does not work and the labels just sit loose behind the printer where they gather dust

Nice little printer!
Love this printer...so handy for printing shipping labels from royal mail etc. Print is plenty clear enough for address labels and qr codes etc

Makes life so much easier!!
Wanted one of these for ages, absolutely love it. 2 mins to set up, it prints quicker than the message that says " printing" !!
