11/10 works so good I will get another
Very powerful, a huge upgrade from the 20 year old Makita I had been using. It is easily 50% faster at driving lag bolts than my old impact driver was. While I was building a glued and screwed beam and my wife was using this to help me get the beam fastened and my old driver could not even come close to keeping up. This one is lighter, smaller, spins faster, hits more often, and has more torque. This is an exceptional tool. I will likely buy another on to replace the old backup driver I am using now while my wife uses the new DeWalt.

Faster, smaller, lighter, easier to handle, and lasts far longer on a charge
My previous impact driver was 14 years old. It has been great in its prime. Probably drove well over 12,000 T25 3” screws since I had it. When I pulled it out for a new project, I was disappointed at the length of time it took to drive screws. New harder wood. New 318 SS T25 screws. What a difference the new technology makes! The DeWalt impact driver is 4 times faster, with more control.

Great value!
Great tool and heavy duty.

Extremely powerful 1/4" impact driver!
Dewalt 1/4" impact driver has excellent power due to brushless motor and 20-volt operation! Easy quick release for devices and works great! 20-volt system goes longer on a single charge than the 18-volt systems! Very strong tool!

Great "little" drill
Perfect size, weight and torque.

A quality tool
This is a good tool - lots of torque. Much better than my DeWalt 12v version that I own, and not much of a size difference.

Well worth the money
Very powerful tool if using to tighten 1/4" hardware use the #2 settting or it will over tighten and shear off your bolt but a little common sense goes a long way 😉

May be the best impact on the market!
As a huge dewalt fan for the last 27 years, I love this impact driver and use it for everything from finish carpentry, rough framing, to building pole buildings. I normally use the number 3 setting and love the flashlight leds that have a 20 minute option to stay on. Variable speed makes control of this impact very important for us carpenters who don't want to over drive fasteners. The only down side I've found is when installing 2 and 3 ply LVL screws. It puts them in all the way, but has a hard time seating them flush with the LVL. I suspect this is because of the hardness of the material, but on every other material, I can counter sink and 8" lag with no issues. I pair all my tools with the new 8amp battery, and have even switched over to all 8amp batteries due to their superiority to the other Dewalt batteries. I can go all day framing pole buildings, and never run out of battery.

This thing rips. At 2,500 in-lbs (282 Nm) your only concern is to not snap any bolts / screws. Noticeable difference in power, just upgraded from the ATOMIC DCF850 (which is also amazing and compact). For confined spaces, the 850 shines. This 860 though, is a beast if you dont have to worry about tight areas. If you're using an old model, would definitely recommend this upgrade. A good investment for years. 10/10

Seems well done, light enough, very powerful, and having multi speeds, as well as variable combined, you have so much control right at your finger tips. And, the excellent idea of the light, which you have control over to have it brief, or running for 20 minutes on a timed switch if you want,, very good idea. Control, easy to handle, visibility, power, speed or slow, as you wish.

This thing is a beast for it's size. Adjustable speed/torque is a great feature

high quality impact driver with powerful torque, the torque of Milwaukee impact driver is very weak, especially the M12 impact driver, garbage torque for Milwaukee impact driver, the Dewalt impact driver showed powerful torque, very love it, although its price is very expensive.

Vraiment moins cher qu'à la quincaillerie et en plus ils m'ont remboursé une partie des frais d'exportation après l'avoir reçu.
