First of all the item arrived on time. But when i was about to use it i notice oxidizing already at the top loader.(that did not stop me from mincing the pork shoulder)then 1 kg went well but suddenly the machine start to rubble and created this metal crashing sound. STOP- i disassemble it then found pieces of metal mixed with the meat. Abandoned the procedure and found the retaining pin destroyed(as shown in photo). Call amazon for help. I look on the other reviews there was the same problem as mine..

This is a great product.minces with ease.the only gripe I have is with the on off switch,when you need to turn it off between mincing and your hands are wet you can't get a grip on it.would have been better with a flip switch instead of a twist one.

Easy to use and clean. Minced pheasant breasts for sausage rolls perfectly. Also minced venison shoulders easily for meatballs both turned out really good. Definately recommend this but haven't tried the sausage maker yet. Good value.

This is the best kitchen gadget i have bought. Easy to clean and assemble not used the Kibbe maker yet something new to try cooking. The quality of the machine is great for the money.

I used 3 times and is broken

Good priced, as described. Can't complain.
