Wow, had 3 hours sleep and a awfull hangover after new years and i needed to run so about 5pm I put one of thease in a smashed out a 5k, was like being resurrected from the dead .

I think i feel some irritation between lip and gums

Really enjoying these thusfar. excellent alternative to energy drinks and a bit healthier. early days but I like what it does for me especially at work because its quite discrete. something about it being in my upperlip makes me feel a bit stimmed without the obnoxious look of chewing gum.

The pouches do give you a good boost to keep you going, I’m just struggling with them because the pouches keep splitting within 2 mins of places under gum, which causes me to remove them prematurely. So I can’t get my full hit of caffeine.

The best pn the market. I wish they had more flavours.

I like me my spot of caffeine, I dare say I may be mildly addictive so I've cut back a lot on the old energy drinks, and try to keep my coffee consumption to a minimum. So, when Vine offered up these caffeine pouches by BELTER I was interested. Three teeny round tubs, the size of a puck (ish) arrived in a plastic bag. I cracked one open, followed instructions (slip under your upper lip, and that's about it. There are no instructions on how long to leave up there, presumably it's there until the "taste" is gone. Now, I put "taste" in quotations because there is no taste. With the mango one, you can smell the artificial mango, but you get zero taste. The little bag just sits there. After half an hour or so I chucked it, but needed a coffee as these things just didn't do anything for me. There is no "caffeine hit" in the slightest. Granted, I may be somewhat immune thanks to misuse of coffee and energy drinks, but they work for me, these pouches don't. I appear to be in the minority though, as other reviewers get something out of these pouches.
