Folks, I want to add my support to what has already been said: This is misleading advertising at its worst. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. As has been pointed out, the picture displayed on this page is of the original formula. That formula is in high demand in the U.S. as it has not been available since 2009. You'd have to fly to Europe to get it. In the U.S. this formula has been replaced by a second formula that has certain ingredients removed that made the original formula more tolerable. Many people cannot tolerate the new formula. However, even though images abound of the new formula, Internet Health Store advertises using pictures of the old formula, complete with German language on the box, to convince you that this is the real thing. Is this an accident? DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. For your trouble, they will charge you 40-50% more than the very same formula now available everywhere in the U.S. (including Amazon) for less than $100.00, 200 more tablets, and free shipping. I tried to see if the company would refund me the difference between what they charged me and what it costs on Amazon. They wrote back and said they wouldn't play ball. Internet Health Store should be ashamed of itself for ripping people off with what has to be at a minimum lack of care and a maximum of bad faith. Amazon should not have any part in this and should cut its ties with this company immediately.

The image accompanying the advertisement for this product is of a more expensive version of Wobenzym N that offers greater confidence that the tablet will be digested in the intestine rather than stomach. The product I received is nothing more than three boxes of a more common tablet version, one that can cause problems as noted by other reviewers. I purchased this item because of the image and thought I would get a different version. I didn't. You can get the same product from other sellers cheaper.
