HearthSong 7' Teepee Lights

So when I pulled this product out of the box the plastic tubing that holds the lights to the top halo weren't connected. So I had to reconnect them. Once I put the halo over the top of the teepee the plastic tubing started to slip again. I tried super gluing the tubing I tried taping it. Nothing worked. I wish I could return it but my kids watched me set it up. The set up is easy and it looks amazing. It's definitely poorly made. I don't recommend this product. Oh and to attach it to the teepee you have to tape it. Which was one of my questions.

These are amazing!! Totally completed my sons christmas gift. You must have some strategy when setting up, but it comes with directions, just take your time. Other than that I am satisfied and love the way it turned out. Great value for the price. Safe installation, pretty much child proof!

REVIEW UPDATE:The seller reached out to me to let me know that the lights I received were defective. They promptly sent me a new set of lights, which work properly. My daughter loves her teepee now. Great in theory, less great in execution. One of the strands didn't work and they are easily tangled. It would be great if the plastic tubing was a bit more firm instead of being quite so soft. Kind of a pain in the butt to install even taping them to the bottom of the tepee poles. Also fall a little short length wise for the size tepee these are supposed to be for. Otherwise they do add to the tepee if you ignore the fact that one of the strands is coiled at the top because it doesn't work.

Worked great with my sons teepee. It was a little tight trying to fit the lights through the slots with the teepee poles, but if you follow the directions and tape them first, it works well. There was one extra string of lights that I hung from the center of the teepee for extra light inside. Cute and functional.

These are so nice. Spent a little extra to have the option of plug in instead of batteries. They fit perfect and were easy to install. Note though to put the lights on when you first put your teepee together. I had already put mine together and had to disassemble to put the lights on the poles. Great product. Haven been able to see how it works because it doesn’t come with the black cable that actually connects the light to the outlet that appears on the image for the product... Who do I contact to get that sent?
