This was purchased to put another Power Bank to a USB C connection of a SBC. It worked well and it still works.

It is quality and feels good but I had no chance to use it since my astrophotography rig is not ready. The cable felt good quality. One of the end is 5525 but suitable for 5521 and the other end is type-c.

I use this to power some electronics from a Dewalt battery adapter. Works great! The end that plugs into the C port is a little flimsy, i have already broken two of them. If the connector was more robust, it would get 5 stars.

After trying 2 other similar cables this one finally worked as advertised. Ensure your power source is USB-C PD and capable of 12V DC output. The cable has a chip that requests 12V from the source via PD protocol and seems to work great so far. It's about 3ft in length so a good size. Would have been nice to see 2ft versions as well tho for more versatility.

I get so tired of buying and returning products when they don't even meet the most basic claims. It seems all these products just put whatever together and let you deal with it, hoping you're too lazy to return. This product, specifically says it has a 5521 or 5.5mm outside diameter with a 2.1mm pin diameter connector on it. It doesn't. It has a 5525 or a 2.5mm pin diameter connector. While it may physically fit because 2.5mm is bigger than 2.1mm, it isn't 5521. Unlike many 5525 products which I've used which will work reliably with both because they use bendy pin contacts which will actually fit both, this one doesn't. I was going crazy thinking my devices were going bad with random restarts/turning off when it's just the horrible connection of this product. In sharp contrast, I've bought about ten of the GINTOOYUN version of this (https://amzn.to/48ntP3F) which comes in 9V, 12V, 15V, and 20V versions. Those are real 5521 connectors, and they work flawlessly. They solved all the flaky problems that I was having with this Tpenod cable. Finally, note that almost all of these types of products say they are limited to 3A. The reality is that the E-marker chips they use advertise 5A. So, you really should not use USB PD chargers over 60W. The reality is that (check the manufacturer specs) you can use about any USB PD charger for any voltage except 20V since that is typically the only PD voltage node that USB chargers put out 5A. For example, I've never seen a 15V 5A USB PD output. Or, make sure that the device you're using doesn't draw more than 3A. Another final caveat is that not all USB chargers support 12V PD output which is a holdover from PD1.0. Sadly, newer products from Anker do NOT. Most others do, although I recommend a quality USB charger since I've run across a lot of garbage USB chargers over the last few months. I am currently using a lot of these OTAO 200W USB chargers with a wonderful display: https://amzn.to/42I8lNP and a lot of these AOHi 65W single-port cube USB chargers: https://amzn.to/4bINrlB which also come with a USB cable with an LED display in them. Yah, I don't trust anything anymore. 80% of products don't work.
