Q: Is he stuffed a little or can you stuff him yourself?

He is not stuffed. He is a flat Santa that hangs from the roof of your house. I guess you could stuff him, you would have to open a seam.

Q: Will the sticky tape be reusable for years does Not sound doable ?

The stickiness does feel strong, but I think over time, with each use, the strength of the adhesion from the tape would wear off. A quick fix to be able to use this year after year would be to place new mounting tape on. I do plan on covering the tape back up before storing, so we shall see what happens next year!
