If you are a brandy drinker but find the Franch stuff some what harsh and expensive then you must try Metaxa 5 Star. Forget the 7 the 9 and above as they lose it somewhat. Stick to the 5 star or even the 3 star which is spanking.

I defy anyone to tell me about a "bad" bottle of proper Metaxa.

I enjoyed it, certainly, but will have to try more to fully make my mind up where it ranks among similar beverages.

i like the odd glass of brandy before bed and usually drink convoisier i think this this a very good alternativeit is very pleasant and smooth the price is more reasonable aswell, this will definately be my brandy of. choice from now on

Sehr smooth und stimmig im Geschmack mit komplexen Aromen. Klare Empfehlung. Leider so gut war super scnell weck. :-)

Sehr guter Geschmack. Preis-Lesitungs-Verhältnis bei Nutzung des Osterangebots von amazon gut. Eine Flasche wird wohl verschenkt.

*Dasn la gamme METAXA je préfére le 5 étoiles au lieu du 7 étoiles! Il est doux et fort en même temps!.
