After researching a lot the lamps market, this lamp was my best choice of size and color, I live this lamp, it works all day during the winter days, to add beauty and a little bit of warmth in the office. Nostalgia with a smile... Life is short, enjoy it...

Love my purple lamp. Reminds me of the one I had in the 80’s. It’s on almost every day.

These are the size to get. It takes about 45min to an hour to warm up, but if you get the larger ones they take about 2 hours to warm up.You really aren't supposed to run these for more than 6hours at a time so a quick warm up time is important.Add a dimmable smart plug to it to adjust brightness and create auto-off schedules to make sure they never run too long to make them last a long life.

I ordered the Lava lamp and followed the step-by-step instructions. Waited 3-5 hours to warm it up and left it on for 10 hours max.The goodThe lamp seems to be fairly high quality. Heavy glass, Aluminum, etc. It's solid.The badThe Wax inside didn't float around as it should. When it was fully heated, 90% of the wax would stay at the bottom of the lamp, and every 15 seconds, a single bubble would form and shoot up to the top of the lamp. This would repeat for hours. I validated the metal coil was at the bottom of the bottle (lamp), so this wasn't the problem.I returned the item, using the Amazon "Replace" feature. The vendor sent me a new 2nd lamp. The behavior is 100% the same.I called customer support, and they asked me to send them an email so they could help me troubleshoot the issue. I did this, along with a video of the problem. The email support group sent me a template email that basically told me to check my coil. This didn't solve the problem. They said it was defective so I should return it. Needless to say, they were not helpful.Disappointed it didn't work out. Perhaps I got a bad batch. Who knows. I don't want to waste time with a third lamp, so I'm sending this new one back as well.

This came packaged perfectly and arrived clear for me. I plugged it in and it started up immediately. The color is super accurate to the photo, and it def gives my office a chill vibe. I love looking at this thing for hours on end.

Never had one of these before. Always wanted one. I leave it off now most of the time. It’s more pink than the purple I expected, it’s cloudy and it gets hot if you leave it on. I put a cork circle under it to avoid damaging the furniture. Otherwise, it satisfied my curiosity and I doubt I would buy another.

Much better quality than a few of the lower price lamps that failed quickly. Get the real thing, not a cheap knock off.
