I had issues with the product when I purchased it. Amazon wasn't able to help due to it being outside the replacement window, however the support staff at popsockets was extremely helpful. I managed to get a replacement within days for the product from them. The popsocket itself comes with a magnet ring for cases without magsafe and it's incredibly strong. The only downside is that it's a little bulky, but that's something you need to sacrifice for MagSafe functionality. Overall a great product and even better customer support from popsocket.
