Pretty Good
I recently picked up the Dimora Hydrogel Burn Dressing for some minor burns and scrapes, and I’m so glad I did. These 4” x 4” gel pads offer instant cooling relief, which was a game-changer when I accidentally burned myself in the kitchen. The gel provides a soothing, moist barrier that immediately calms the discomfort without causing any irritation. The 10-count package is great for keeping on hand at home or in your first aid kit. Each dressing is pre-moistened and easy to apply, sticking well to the skin without any mess. It really helps reduce the pain and swelling associated with first and second-degree burns, as well as minor cuts and abrasions. I've also used it for chafing, and it worked wonders. One thing I really appreciate is that these dressings don’t feel sticky or uncomfortable. They stay in place but don’t leave behind any sticky residue when you remove them, which makes cleaning up easy. They also offer a gentle, non-irritating way to promote healing and prevent infection. The only downside, if I had to mention one, is that I wish the dressings were a little bit larger for covering bigger areas. But for small to medium burns or cuts, they’re perfect. Overall, the Dimora Hydrogel Burn Dressing is a must-have in any first aid kit. It provides fast relief, promotes healing, and is so much more comfortable than other treatments I’ve tried. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with minor burns, cuts, or abrasions!

Worth the Price for Burn Relief
These may seem expensive, but they are absolutely worth it for a bad burn. The dressing immediately made the area feel cooler and less sore, and it helped draw out drainage from the wound. I used it until the swelling went down and the dressing no longer pulled out any yellow fluid. Once it stayed clear, I let the wound breathe. Very effective and comforting during the healing process. Be careful on the sizing the 4X4 is the total sticky area not the size of the actual gel it’s this deceiving. There is no smell when using this. Another tip don’t wash the excess gel off in the sink the gel will clog your drain. Do not wash it down the drain.

Know you issue.
Performs very well. Have a tendency to dry at the edges if wearing past a day, depending on the issue. Very good product and does exactly what it says. Have bought twice.

Great for sore nipples from breastfeeding.
These worked great for sore nipples during the early days of breastfeeding. They sell the same thing for breastfeeding for like triple the price! I was able to cut the 4in ones in half and use one half on each side. They are quite sticky so to keep them from sticking I put some nipple butter on first.

A healing wonder
My son got this terrible burn on his thigh from sliding the bases in his baseball tournament. Pants were completely torn and we tried large gauge pads, but they were falling off and he was bleeding through the pants. We purchased Dimora from a referral. His skin was healing within a day of use. It was truly amazing. We have repurchased and always have them on hand. I have referred this product to others. Keep them in the baseball bag and our first aid kit. I strongly recommend.

Best anti inflammatory but not without issues
They work to deeply cool the inflammation but issues expressed in other reviews are also true. I removed them in the shower without issue as they can stick to the wound without proper hydration. The edges did dry out but using a bra or bandage helped. As my inflammation decreased bandages didn't seem to dry as much. Best thing I've tried for post radiation breast inflammation.

Cut to fit
This sticks pretty well if it's on a body part that doesn't move much. Obviously if you're putting this on or near a joint, you're going to need to add tape around it. The dressing doesn't stretch, so when your skin stretches, the dressing will fall off. Removal was painless for me. You can cut these with ordinary scissors if you need a different shape. I like to wipe the scissors down with alcohol first. Cut the dressing to size before you remove the plastic backing. Cutting is a little messy, with bits of gel sticking to the scissors. Seal the part you're not using in a clean zip-top bag so it doesn't dry out.

Works fantastic, well worth the money.
This product is wonderful, it was used for an ulcer in the ankle area, which is a very difficult spot to heal due to constant movement. They stayed on for three days before having to be removed, and having the skin debrided. That helps with not allowing the skin to dry out. I bought the 4x4 inch pads, but cut them to the size that fit the area.
