Works amazing, no issues. Provides greater security and safety for our home. I like how easy the set up was. We have been using it more than a month and only need to charge it one time. It captures everything and the audio is good.

Got this camera doorbell to protect my package as well as to ward off unwanted guests. I love the sensitivity setting of the camera, I set it to 1 so it’s good enough to catch motion of people who get close to the door but not sensitive enough to film people just cross by. Installation is easy, it provides both permanent and temporary options. The adhesive double sided tape is strong, intruder will have hard time ripping it off your door even if they want to. Battery life is incredible, it’s been on my door for 10 days now, and has recorded more than 100 clips, it’s still at 100%. Good enough video quality in low light setting. I didn’t get to try the 2 way audio, but the doorbell will call you through the app when someone press the ring button. I am satisfied with the purchase so far. Not the best looking doorbell in the market but it surely works as it advertised.

The media could not be loaded. Nice design. It came with the door camera and a square wireless charm. You can install the camera in 4 different angles, but it's fixed once it's installed. So pick the perfect angle to put it on. Sign up with a main email. If you want to use it on another device, you need to sign up with a different email, and then just ADD device in the app, don't log in with the main email because it will log you out of the original device. It has motion detection, record, take image, voice speaking and real time monitor. I guess it depends on the wifi strength to load the screen as you can see it in my video. It took a while to figure out how to use it on multiple devices, but it was nothing difficult. Now I can avoid a lot of strangers knocking and advertising services.

I feel safe and easy to install it and easy to navigate the app. Camera shows clear image and it comes with all the tools you need to install.I recommend it.

Not really sure what the point is of having a video doorbell that only audibly alerts you of activity outside your home when the doorbell is pressed.I don’t always have my phone on me to see the motion detection alerts, so this is really unhelpful.Another Amazon return….

It is a gift for my friend who doesn’t have a door bell, she likes it and very easy to install and assemble!

The first thing to do is fully charge the Doorbell unit, a charge, according to the seller, that lasts on average about 3-months; the duration of the charge depends on the amount of use. After the Doorbell is fully charged, in order to take full advantage of its features, it will need to be paired with the CloudEdge app using a local Wi-Fi network. Between the quick start guide and the guiding instructions in the app, pairing is a breeze.Once the Doorbell is paired with the app, its ready to be mounted. The Doorbell is held in its plastic mounting bracket using a less common star head screw (tool included) that adds a measure of theft prevention. Mounting hardware is included in the form of screws and a preformed adhesive; one or both can be used. The manual recommends a mounting height of 4’ from the bottom of the unit, and that’s about right, both because that’s a common position and it takes best advantage of the camera’s angle of view. Setup and mounting took about 15-minutes, not including the time spent perusing the quick start guide. I mounted the bracket onto a solid wood door using the provided screws, no anchors needed, using a 2mm bit to drill the pilot holes.Pairing to the portable indoor chime is no more difficult than pushing the chimes setting button, than pushing the Doorbell’s main button; done. The chime is powered by three AAA batteries that the user will need to provide. The chime doesn’t include any mounting hardware. In fact, it doesn’t appear that it’s intended to be mounted; just placed in a convenient location, or moved to one when the need arises. If you’re expecting someone to arrive, and want to be certain you hear the Doorbell ring, just bring the portable chime along with you, even to an outdoor patio. A fee-based cloud service is available or events can be recorded to an onboard micro-SD card that is user provided; events are saved and can be viewed in the apps “History” tab. There is also a tab designated “Messages” and another named “Voice Message,” giving the impression that a visitor can leave a message and/or receive a message at the Doorbell. I haven’t come across a user manual for the app, and haven’t played with those features yet. If they do work as what seems to be implied, those are cool features.The Doorbell is compatible with Alexa, a skill that can be enabled from the CloudEdge apps’ settings menu, or, presumably, from the Alexa skill set. I haven’t tried out this feature, so can’t comment.To the extent that I’ve used and tested the MKeolge 2K Wireless Doorbell/Camera, I’ve found it to be everything the seller says it is; it works as expected and very well. The fact that it only needs charging every three months or so is hardly an inconvenience and removing it to do so only requires loosening the aforementioned star head screw. A nice touch, considering that the screw is on the bottom of the bracket, is that once loosened, it’s held in place; it won’t fall out, preventing it from getting lost or the need to be fumbled with when the Doorbell is reinstalled.
