Bought this cup for my sister and customized it with her and her son. She absolutely loved it and the perfects turned out really good. It stays cold for a long time too and doesn’t really leak. The size is perfect for any cup holder.

Thank you.**Original review.Originally I reported this item as stolen because it did not show up on recipient's porch when it said it was delivered. It was coming from China but the recipient found it in their mailbox instead (I guess at some point Yun Express hands it over to the post office, if going to the US.). You pay $7.99 for shipping, and it comes super fast. In this case, it came 5 days before the earliest date that they said it would, and recipient was on vacation (they checked ring doorbell and did not see anyone deliver it, hence why we thought it was stolen). So just check your mailbox before thinking it's missing or stolen and maybe expect it way before they say it will come. Now, as to the quality of the product itself, the picture on the mug did not come out great at all, which was very disappointing. Actually looked pretty creepy due to lines on the faces. However, polite and nice family member still says they love it and are still using it. They're probably just being nice. So this gets two stars for very prompt service, but which you pay for, but I had to take three stars away due to the poor quality of the picture.

Ordered this for my daughter for Easter with some candy because it said it “shipped within 2-3 days” and ordered it over a week before Easter.What they left out was that is was made in China and would be shipped from China in 2-3 days. It arrived in LA NINE days after I ordered it and two days before Easter but then listed as delayed in customs for week. Tracking says it cleared customs five days ago but no more tracking information updates after that.Amazon says I can contact Yun Express for more information on shipping but they are not listed anywhere in Amazon’s list of Shipping contacts. Looked them up on Google and entered the information including the tracking number for an update and Yun Express website will not respond when I try submitting information.*Note to Amazon - I am fed up with ordering items coming from China, not being told they are shipping from China and then they get lost in shipping. I want an option to opt out if purchasing anything that is shipping from China or a large disclaimer because I almost never receive them.The two things I bought on Amazon Haul were so poorly made and defective that they were not functional and were tossed in the trash without being used.

Came in in the perfect time to give to my grandma for Christmas . She loved it as soon as she seen it . Good Large hard Cup and she hasnt had a spill with it since she got it !
