As a massive loose leaf tea lover this is such a find. And the perfect way to drink my advent calendar tea each day. I bought one much more expensive and found it so tricky to use this looks brilliant and works. Would definitely recommend to any loose leaf tea lover.

Extremely excellent for Gongfu cha. My 铁观音茶 (iron Buddha) is brewed (3 seconds washes, 30 seconds first brew), and steamed properly while i can see the beautiful leaves. Also, you don't need to practice gaiwan pour with this, just a button. Very nice.

Great item but still with a few negatives the lid doesn't fit properly even the silicone seal is not worth having as it does nothing the switch is a bit naff could be better made and positive the brew chamber could be bigger to fill bottom glass the basic design and use is brilliant just lacks finesse the glass is good and a reminder is in box that the top chamber and bottom glass are not fixed so can't be used on the go but I've never been hiking with a tea pot 😀 just transfer to a suitable cup /mug makes sense overall its a nice tea maker

The build quality of this is excellent, however it could be a little bit taller and the upper container a little wider, as the upper container requires to be filled twice to fill the cup below once. Making the functionality of it a bit awkward however, it is still good for its money.

An absolutely amazing bit of kit which I take to work daily. Looks fantastic and works fantastically. Game changer for my Dragon Pearl green tea. Highly recommend.

The design is clever in theory, but I found it too fidgety to use. You have to insert a stainless steel ball (which can easily get lost) under the strainer, screw the strainer to the upper part tightly (otherwise tea leaks) and make sure that the arm is in the right place. Some people may appreciate the design etc but it’s too much work for making a cup of tea for me. And I couldn’t get the arm to work after the second use. Returning the item.
