I'm not sure they did it, but these glucose tablets actually taste good! Usually, glucose tablets are like chalk. These Dex4 actually taste like oranges.

Use them when I need to increase my sugar when fasting. Melt in your mouth.

Always seem to be tastier than most of the other glucose brands I use.

I like to order a few bottles of these glucose tablets at a time. I keep one next to my bed, one in the kitchen, one in my car and one in my handbag so they are always close when I need them to bring my blood sugar up. I recommend them to anyone who is concerned about blood sugar control. They come in flavors as well, and it is nice to have a choice. I would not go anywhere without them.

These are usually pretty good, but this batch I purchased was stale and chalky tasting. They do their job, but not a great flavour
