These mats are great for a home gym set up! They are super thick and very sturdy. They have a nonslip side with large dots which would be ideal for a hard wood flooring. I feel better knowing that i will not ruin our carpeting. It is a tougher texture so wouldn’t be great for yoga or anything with direct skin contact. Perfect for what we need.

Needed another rubber mat for my workout area. The local store that I purchased my first 3x4 mat (over a year ago) didn't have any more of the same thickness. I went with this as it is 1/2" thick like my other one.It's grainy texture on one side and raised disc circles on the other. I left the grainy side up. butts up against my other mat perfectly. Just a different top texture. Good quality and a decent price. Now my entire bench is laying on rubber mats. Looks good and does the job.

The mats themselves are great! Very sturdy, wonderful for under the peloton, hold up well to floor workouts and weights. My only major gripe is the pricing on Amazon fluctuates wildly! I originally bought these for $25. After Christmas I realized I needed 2 more for my area. Went to look and the price was up to $49!! Okay… fine. Holiday sale?! Whatever. Bought the other two. Now when a friend asked what Mat we use in our basement, I check Amazon again to send the link and they are down to $19!!! So I bought 4 more…. The next day, price back up to $49. Super annoying but won’t buy unless they go back down in price. This pricing was all from a 30 day window. So strange!

Heavy duty is right. They are heavy and thick. A little too heavy for my need but I can’t complain about that.

Great product! I used it in the bank of my Excursion so I wouldn't mess up the carpet, & to keep things from sliding around.

The mat is made from recycled materials. It is the exact size that I needed and was nice and thick to protect my floor from my exercise equipment.

Grabbed this to use as a top to my leather working bench as recommended by someone on YouTube, great quality for the price.
