What size are de threaded holes?

The linear stage is metric with 9 M4 and 6 M3 holes on the square top face. There are also 2 M3 holes on the face opposite the micrometer and 6 M3 holes on the face adjacent to the micrometer. It's also good to know that the micrometer provides 0.5 mm translation per rotation. I couldn't find that piece of information readily, and it seems pretty important.
