This is a really great compact and light smartphone designed to carry around in your pocket. It’s easy to use, the speakerphone is loud enough, the screen lock is easy to operate, and the fonts are small but legible. A great value since it also comes with a clear case and screen protector. Only downsides so far is the included browser sucks (replaced it with Firefox) and some virus and VPN products don’t support it.

This is a Soyes xs18 Pro, which can be bought for $35 elsewhere. I bought this because the ad alluded to it working with AT&T. When I received it and put in my Sim card the phone said it won't work with my network. So I looked on the AT&T website to find APN information, none of those worked. After 2 hours of trying other APN numbers on other websites I finally found on that works. This phone has ad-malware on it called Locket (there exists a legitimate app called Locket, there is also adware by the same name) I have Uninstalled Locket hundreds of times and it reinstalls itself a few hours later. The version of android also cannot be updated, so there is no way to get the new version that will clean the phone of Locket. When I try to use my phone to call or text someone I get interrupted with a 30 second commercial that I am forced to watch. I have no idea why Soyes would sabatage their own product. The phone would be great if it wasn't for this major problem. This phone is a brick, don't buy it. This seller is also purposely omitting the make and model of the phone they are selling. It was a double turd experience.

I could not figure out how to change it to speak to our American towers. Not designed for this country. So I gave it a three because I don't really know how it works or its quality and I thought a one was judgy.

This little phone has a great battery, the picture is actually really good and it’s not slow at all. I have bought a few different mini phones and this one is by far the best one

these phones suck and amazon did not want to exchange them i purchased 2 of them. the screen stays black with a different language at the top of the screen. i do not recommend i dont give this phone no stars im only giving one star because i have to to submit this comment

This product was supposed to be Verizon compatible, but the one I received had no such luck. On the positive side after actually attempting to use the product, 1- seems to function as a regular android system albeit such a small phone, 2- there are places for 2 SIM cards, if you are inclined to use them, 3- phone seems more geared for international systems, 4 appears well built. On the negative, it cannot replace my old verizon android I was so hopeful to replace, phone made in China with literally the most basic instructions. I read a similar review and the author received a replacement phone, which did work. I plan to do the same. I would like to use this phone if I could.

Slow, very clear screen, battery life is most of the day. Only feature I've found missing is text to speech. Everything else is working good. Small but on screen controls work fine.

A nice tiny Android phone with good features but DOES NOT work with T-Mobile!

The phone broke down after 2 months and there is no sound.
